Ling Lin supports Harvard Alumni for Climate and the Environment (HACE)'s climate tech startups in connecting with climate tech investors. She enjoys learning about the problems the members of the cohort are solving, meeting other climate tech investors and experts, and making connections that result in helpful partnerships for both sides. She finds it a fulfilling and practical way to apply what she has learned about climate in school and from reading books, along with her background in consumer tech.

In 2012, Ling graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy. One of her first high school jobs was with the Student Conservation Association at the Boston Harbor Islands, where she was exposed to the mental and physical benefits that nature could bring and learned about the rich history of the islands. From there, she became a park ranger for the National Park Service. Her passion is to make a significant and measurable positive impact on the water, air, and land on this beautiful Earth.

Ling is based in San Francisco and currently works as a Staff Technical Program Manager on Tesla's Energy team, working on Megapacks, Powerwalls, and Superchargers. Previously, she was a Product Manager at Meta working on a new climate and electrification product, co-founded a renewable energy startup, worked on a video coaching startup, and spent a decade leading consumer technology products at Google, Amazon, and Intuit.
