Emilie Litsas
Emilie leads sustainability projects for State and Local Government as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Government & Public Services. Having worked across four administrations on human-centered design consulting, her most recent work involves developing strategies for water resilient technology, workforce engagement, permitting, nonprofit access to advanced technologies, and inclusive leadership. Emilie helped build the first refugee service community in Deloitte’s global practice and is passionate about social impact and social innovation. Prior to consulting, Emilie served as a Boren Scholar in Istanbul, Turkey and as a Delegate to United Nations at four Commissions. She holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Dartmouth Tuck School of Business, and a Bachelor’s from American University in International Studies. In her free time, she enjoys biking community trails, making ceramics, and making Greek recipes.
