Gale (Özge) Kurtoğlu

Gale (Özge) Kurtoğlu is a commercial strategy and operations executive with 25+ years of experience driving growth, pricing, and go-to-market transformation across global industrial, technology, and healthcare organizations, including Microsoft, Honeywell, GE HealthCare, Tenneco/DRiV, Pearson, and PwC. She is also the Founder and Principal of Ascend Business Advisors, advising boards and senior executives on strategy, revenue management, and enterprise value creation. 

Ozge is particularly interested in the intersection of climate, industry, and commercialization, how large organizations can accelerate sustainability through better operating models, incentives, and innovation. She has led global teams, managed P&L responsibility, and driven transformation across energy, manufacturing, and life sciences sectors.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Women on Boards program. She serves as an inaugural board member of ChiefPricingOfficer.com and previously served on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
